Fat is a silent killer and people will not hear, thank God I realize it on time and now I can jump squat, bend and I don't even pant while walking, useless fat that cause me waist pain, knee pain, I can't stand up without holding a chair etc if you are fat, it's better to take it off now before it takes u to 6 feet and no story to tell.
