When you purchase from us, you will be given tempered glass and a case.

Also after sales service. There are many benefits of purchasing from us.

We've got you covered.

Please I want to know if you offer services to those who already have the Xiaomi phones. I use an MI 5.0 Android version 4.4.2. it has never been able to connect to 4G, its always on Edge, so browsing is super frustrating. Please can you advice me on what to do?. Thank you.

Yes, currently on global developer rom. It seems to drain battery a lot. Global stable was much better on my battery. Will wait though for it to be fixed.

Sis please explain, are you using xiaomi mi5 or the android version you are using is on 4.4.2?
Anyway, to change to 3g or 4g only, go to settings-About phone - internal memory. Tap on internal memory like 5 tines repeatedly until you see 'phone information 1'. Tap on it and scroll down abit, you will see the option to change your network mode.

You most likely won't need root but OTA you surely need. OTA means Over The Air. Its the way you will likely update your phone. You update your phone to get better performance and newer features. It makes your phone better and relevant even after using it for a long time, I mean years.

@Gptech, NgcoboP, other gurus

I currently use Redmi Note 3 Pro. MIUI version as seen on the phone is MIUI 8.0 Stable 8.0.1.0 (LHOCNDG)

I also noticed that there a lot of Chinese apps and Chinese language characters sometimes pops up when i am chatting or typing generally.

Someone on this forum told me that my phone has a Chinese ROM based on the above information; I would like to verify that. He further said that i may need to install a Global Stable ROM.

Do I really need to do this?

Would this automatically remove all the Chinese apps and alphabets on my phone?

Would appreciate your input because I do not want to do anything that will render the phone unusable.

This have to do with your network coverage.

You have to force 3G. Use this http://www.technewstoday.com/21776-how-to-force-a-3g-signal-on-any-android-phone/

Please, don't refer me to my seller. I wouldn't have come here if he can resolve it for me.
