OP is actually right while you are rather wrong, and your comparison to athletes is flawed.

Teebillz most likely stayed clean for at least 1 week before the tests and given the test may not be professional body standard it is easy to scale through. A certain friend is a junior officer in the army(of a certain EU country) and he was a social coke user I witnessed him using more than once and this guy confessed he has never failed a test.

professional athletes sometimes go several years without getting caught and some never at all, for instance the designer drug Marrion jones used was never detected even thou she used a copious dosage of it, same for Amstrong. However the standards that the athletics associations follow is world class and they have specialist test designed to catch up with the users who also find ways of not getting caught

Those guys you mentioned never tested positive to anything. They were given away by trusted friends and disgruntled associated. There are ways to hid drug use. Some saline solution will make drug undetectable. Tibliz test is just damage control

Let me give you an example someone like snoop Dogg who smoke weed all his life if he stop smoking for let's say 4 days you mean its gonna disappear?. Cocaine is a drug if you are a constant user it stays in your system for long 4 days is even too small for a drug dealer to go without taking drugs.
