What did GEJ do with this grant that has warranted the fanatically corrupt statement from Cameron. Is this another Cameron gate about to open? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3583923/Yes-really-bad-PM-admitted-Afghanistan-Nigeria-rank-world-s-corrupt-countries-millions-pounds-aid.html surveys show that the Nigerian police is seen as the most corrupt institution in the country, with people having to pay bribes before officers will agree to help them.
