As a student you need some fruits along with food while in at school because lots of great vitamins and nutrients in there to keep your brain functioning at its best, while also keeping your stomach full along for good health and strength to prevent break down especially through those rigorous stress of lectures and other activities.
BANANAS

Food have the capacity to sustain you from getting hungry, also for sharp eyes while studing and these fruit to help easy understanding and good mental working also.

You know that more vegetables and fruit provide much-needed minerals, ions, vitamins, liquids we need and also help relieve.Vegetables and fruit are also low in calories, delicious and can give you an energy boost when you are studying since they contain fructose and healthy sugars your body can convert into energy.
