Forgetting the things that hurt you in the past is something
that is much easier said than done. But if we are to go the places in life that we desire to go, and if we are to ever achieve the dreams that we have in our hearts, we have to be willing to learn from our pasts more than we are willing to try and relive it.

But however, if it taught you to hold onto grudges, seek revenge, not forgive or show compassion, to categorize people as good or bad, to
distrust and be guarded with your feelings then you didn’t learn a thing.
