Nigerians! how do we expect change when we ourselves refused to change? later on we will hypocritically call God Almighty for help, who are we deceiving, the Almighty or ourselves?

I would have said "the seller shouldn't have bothered. No one checks the expiry dates on chewing gums anyway" . but apparently some people do.

Things like gum don't really expire.it is a stable product.
And the best before date is to ensure you that it'll still be soft and fully flavorful before that date.
It might loose a little bit in texture or strength of flavour, but it won't hurt you.

& it doesnt excuse what he did.
