Juventus win Coppa Italian
Juventus became the first Italian side to ever win back-to-back doubles as substitute Alvaro Morata scored an extra-time winner against AC Milan in the Coppa Italia final. Morata had only been on the pitch for two minutes when he hit a sweet half- volley - his third touch - to beat AC Milan's child goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma. Juve coach Massimiliano Allegri said after the game: “I had an important decision to make in extra-time: whether to play for a penalty shootout or to have one last roll of the dice to secure victory. I went for the second option."
PSG win Coupe de France There was no way Zlatan Ibrahimovic was signing off from Paris St-Germain in understated style, was there? The 34-year-old Swede, who could be on the dole from 1 July, scored twice as PSG beat Marseille 4-2 in Le Classique in the French Cup final. His 156th PSG goal - a club record - ensured the capital side won the domestic quadruple - including their Community Shield equivalent - for the second season in a row.
Bayern Munich win DFB-Pokal Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola signed off with a second German double in his three years at the club. But his side needed penalties to beat Borussia Dortmund in Der Klassiker in the German Cup final. Dortmund have now lost in the German Cup final three years in a row - to Bayern in 2014 and 2016 and Wolfsburg in between.
Hibernian win Scottish Cup In Scotland, Hibernian beat Rangers 3-2 in an all-second tier final. It was the Edinburgh side's first Scottish Cup in 114 years, remarkably. Then it all got a bit fighty on the pitch at the end.
Manchester United win FA Cup But Louis van Gaal's celebrations cut short Manchester United came from behind to beat Crystal Palace 2-1 in extra time at Wembley, despite Chris Smalling becoming the first Englishman to be sent off in an FA Cup final. It was their first FA Cup since 2004, and their first trophy since Alex Ferguson retired in 2013.
