these people will sell cows to indegenes who need them for ceremonies, hide the monies from their bosses who owns the cows, and then come around to say that the cows were stolen.

Am not surprised as l know their bosses are multi-millionaires. Even in Kenya, though it has become an organized rural crime there are communities where cattle rustling is legitimate going by their traditions. For some stealing cows is a proof of manhood!

It is very unfortunate for people to condemn what they know nothing about. Even between last night and this morning, some berom boys rustled about 43 cows and unknown number of rams and they also killed the fulani boy rearing the cows. If I didn't witness the arrest of the rustlers by stf officers in Fan, I would have doubted it. So, just say what u know and keep quiet on what u don't know.
