Mehn ntel don tire person oo,guy I finally contacted them on Twitter,only for them to tell me that my line is active but I dont have any bundle on it,if I catch that guy that lied to me when,so that means I wasn't given away Sim, only for me to credit my account using the app with 500 and I got to see 1000,I now get this error when I want to purchase any of the plans,Biko how can an I convert the airtime to bundle at least lemme test run,before actually buying the main plan.

Can't find much details about this modem online, theoretically it shouldn't support Ntel 4G as it doesn't have support band3/8 which ntel is on, but i'd say you give it a try first.

yeah, they are even breaching our agreement because I paid upfront and I am supposed to get months in double but now that they have changed the validity, that's a breach of agreement.

I don't know what the F is wrong with this Ntel people. I've subscribed for their unlimited weekly on their website since morning and my line is still yet to be activated.
I've been reaching out to them on Twitter and they didn't even answer. I called their customer care, all agents busy. So frustrating. angry

Na wa, I can't download MP4 season movie from o2tvseries cause I don't have that patience for ntel to give me a good speed to download it,now see the download speed I am getting from ntel on downloading a 3gp season from o2tvseries,are you guys really sure this ntel is 4G?
