Governor Ambode today signed an MOU for the 4th mainland bridge which will connect Baiyeku, Igbogbo basin river, Itamaga, Itoikin, sagamu/ijebu ode road (all in Ikorodu) to Lekki/Epe.
To cut to the chase, this information alone without the physical groundbreaking will propel Ikorodu property market to high heavens. Reason is that this single 12 lane road infrastructure will bring these towns to compete favorably with her counterparts from Ikeja to Gbagada up to Lagos Island.
