I'm not a buyer and already developing two plots inside Moganna Estate there in Elebu.

My interest is in seeing the steady rise of price, I love it because it secures my investment, somewhat.

As for riding motorcycle, yes, it's rather dangerous. But there nothing to compare the feeling on being on a bike on an open road. Well, except maybe flying a plane.
