If you are a regular caller @ food canteens (i mean the kind of canteen you have to point to the kind of meat you want),popularly called 'BUKA", then you will appreciate how important this "useless" stuff have become.

I called it useless because, according to research, it has been discovered to contain no vitamin @all. Yet its the favourite of chronic bachelors and married people alike.

As for me, i it remains the only food item i can eat over and over again without getting "bored" . It does no good and no harm to the body. So you see my reason for loving ponmo now? I have heard over times that "too much of everything is not good for the body". I stand to disagree with that as far as ponmo is concerned!!!

And for my people abroad, am really sorry to wet your appetite or remind you of your favourite, i am sure that you're gonno have a good size when you come around because no govt policy will affect its production.

Nothing really specail in Pomo, its stays long in the mouth u know, and most Nigerian doesnt think that way, some prefer it to any thing else cause its cheaper, how can a rich man live chiken and go for pomo, thats

i cant do without ponmo, whether it contains vitamins or not it will still play important role in my food.

i prefer ponmo to meat. it does u no good at the same time no harm.
u dont have to worry about cholestrol and all that crap.
the really fat once are the bum!! just have to bite into it. it sounds great too

I like it especially when it's washed and cooked properly. Most people don't know how to clean it, dat's why many households don't eat it it, just like cow foot or shaki.

I like ponmo, however it's way too expensive and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the price of 1LB in a jamaican store,
I bought it though cuz I haven't tasted it in a very long time, paid almost 12 bucks for 8 ponmo, ummm yummy and filled my mouth

kpomo is awesome. who cares if nigeria lost almost a billion naira due to consuming kpomo that could have gone into making and exporting correct leather? i love kpomo!!!!!!!!!
