OAU student community has all including the underground electrical system. We can even boast of better security system but one thing i can't guarantee here is excellent clean water especially if you drink that AWO water. So, in a sane community, all these things are nothing much to brag about if not for corruption that has eaten deep into the Nigerian system.

These are fully developed and truly secure neighbourhoods not just cute buildings with crime-ridden, nasty looking surroundings.
