Could somebody help me ut on how to delete a particular WINRAR ZIP Archive file from my desktop. My system operating system is Windows vista. I need help on this.

I have tried somethings and it wont delete. I have clicked the delete button on it. I have cut it and pasted in the recycle bin and it wont delete

when you delete it, what does it say ?

It is currently in use somehow. well, this will be too late but i guess you have deleted it

I have tried restarting and deleting and it didnt work. The system says it is in use, i also tried to locate where it is running but i could fix that

when your computer starts.

Open the zip file. Then open the task manager by pressing the following keys.

ALT+CTRL+DEL

Select task manager.

When the window pops up, Make sure you are in the APPLICATIONS PANEL Right click on the zip file and select GO TO PROCESS.

When the processes windows come up. click on END PROCESS and confirm it should end by clicking on yes or ok. and then now try deleting it
