It's been a while since the 2016 budget have been signed what is really going on concerning this #500 billion social intervention fund, is this an indication that the ministry of Labour and productive was not prepared for this?
No sign of application, its been absolute silence every where.
Nigerians want to know, it takes one year for successful lists of applicants to surface, its getting to half of the year, will the beneficiaries of the scheme be paid in arrears?

This was the same problem I had with GEJ; lack of adequate planning and preparation. By now, a database should've been set up to collate bio and fingerprints of possible recipients... And before you do something like this, you should establish a social security department and make sure every Nigerian is identified with a unique number which can be assigned to every BVN or directly if the person does not have a bank account. This doesn't cost money but policy and direction by the appropriate ministries and agencies of government.
