The Programs Intern will actively monitor the Mamalette program activities in various locations in Lagos.

Ensure milestones and performance indicators are met on our programs
Maintain project and program reporting requirements
Seek opportunities to raise awareness about the Mamalette’s programs through social action and campaigning.
Organise and participate in campaigning and community mobilisation programs.

*Qualifications, Skills and Experience*
The ideal candidate for the Program Officer vacancy should:

Hold or be working towards a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Medicine, Public Health, Nursing Sciences or a related field.
Have practical experience in health, community work and MNCH service delivery
Have good working knowledge of relevant MNCH protocols and policies in Nigeria
Have excellent interpersonal, communication and team building skills
Show dynamism, independence and creativity
Have excellent time management, reporting and writing skills

Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art
Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
Apply typography techniques
Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
Increase user friendliness in digital products
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Designs all social media graphics, as required.
Manages the integration of brand strategy and visual design concepts.
Helps coordinate external production of materials, as needed.
Demonstrates an ability to work on multiple projects and manage time to meet all deadlines.
Thoughtfully integrate writing and design to create the best visual stories and experience
Continuously discover and share new industry best practices to maximize efficiency and creativity
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
Portfolio of completed design projects
Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Proficient in design software
Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
Attention to visual details
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
Have a good understanding about branding
Display creativity and innovation.
Have basic IT skill and understanding of current media and technology trends.
