Its still d normal govt issued id (driver's license or international passport) but if u can get ur birth certificate (not age declaration o o ) ready then u are good to go. Skrill dey do nonsense dis days. i dont use dem again.

1) Gtb disabled funding of Neteller with their naira mastercard. U can fund wit their dollar visa card but u av to buy dollars from aboki. But if u av bitcoins, u can fund wit it. 2) Neteller stopped sendin physical mastercard to naija but u can get d virtual one online. Check thru ur dashboard. I had already received d physical card b4 dey stopped sendin it.
