Fellow Nairalanders, please show me the way! Was charged 82 Naira for a minute n some seconds on GLO. Is this normal or is there a plan I should migrate to? Please advice cause I am suffering. Thanks

Codes151: Call their Customer Care and explain to them what you are facing. After that, I would suggest you Migrate to Gbam Plus. GBam Plus charges you 5naira daily access fee, the 5naira is charged only on your first call of the day. After that first call, you can call all networks for as low as 12k/s that's 7Naira/per minute all through that day. Cheers! 1 Like |

This is what i was charged today morning and i am using gbam plus which is supposed to be 11k/sec. I called customer care and asked them to confirmed my package before I lay down my complaint and luckily they told me is gbam plus. After i complained they informed me they are now charging 12k/sec. Then I asked why the charges is up to N68.50 they told me maybe i am using bonus package of which i don't. I have not received any bonus on this plan,because I always check with #122#. Please buy Etisalat line and migrate to easy life 4.0. 11k/sec and leave glo with sluggish network.
