In as much as any person from the ECOWAS subregion has a right to free movement in the region, he has to have a piece of paper such as ECOWAS passport to guarantee this right. Non of these herdsmen do. Secondly, that right does not include trespass on private properties and people's farms, raping their wives and daughters etc.
