Contrary to what many think, there's little federal presence in Lagos o. The Apapa-Oshodi expressway for example which is a federal road has been a major problem for lagosians. Lagos-badagry expressway is just slightly better. Third mainland bridge was only painted(the paint don't fade self) with sure-p money. And the list goes on.
