If the project was completed by Jonathan why did he not commission it after he all bear witness to the Lagos Ibadan express way and the 2nd Niger bridge he organised carnival to make there commencement. Several years after less than 15% of the projects is yet to be completed ? Why did Jonathan not organise similar charade at the beginning of this project if truly this was a project he initiated and why did he not do such if he completed the projected during his clueless reign of unprecedented looting of the treasury ? How ignorance some people are, when was Buhari's budget and policies went into effect that he will be credited with the building of this project. In as much continuity are what we all are praying in Nigeria, We also need to give honor who honor is due. This project has nothing to do with this administration.
