please I need help from you my fellow nairalanders,, I bought dis Asus x533M system on Konga 4 months ago, its being working fine until yesterday,, the battery was about 20 percent so I kept it on sleep mood and was charging my phone, I came back 10 minutes later and noticed dat it was off but I assumed it was de battery dat went low, but since then I have been trying to charge it to no avail, please how can I make it work?? and is it possible to return it to Konga after 4 months of purchase, please I need your help... |

Remove d battery n hold down d power button for 30secs.Den insert d battery n power on. |

richnigga: have you tried charging it direct to nepa light, to know if it's actually charging  it happens at times but after charging it up for sometime, press the button and it will start up |

Does it come on when connected to power? If it does then try removing and reinserting the battery a number of times |

is your processor AMD? dose show any sign of life, i mean dose any of the led on if plug to light ? |

eureka, I have the solution now,, but u need lots of guts,, if it is a system will inbuilt battery, open the system and remove or disconnect the battery then hold down the power button for 40 seconds, couple your system and it will work again, just be careful in handling the system in order not to cause more damage |
