Kudos Rotimi Ameachi, the Nigerian masses are thankful.

Amaechi is using very tiny part of your money to give you free ride that will cripple the railways and you are happy.

Charging and pay system in mass transportation also serves in a small way as a form of identification of individuals. Not charging anyone for a week or two also turns a blind eye to movement of individuals across the country so it is probably left to passengers to notices suspicious things...
