Early this week I went for Hormonal profile( on Day 21)test. At the end f the test, I was told to come back for another test on the 3rd day of my period. Pls I will like to know if that is the way is being run.
Why am asking is the fact that , have carried out such test in the past ( from a different lab ) which I was never told to comeback on day 3.

@ Godchild2015 . The hormone test I know is usually done day 3 and 21 (depending on ur cycle. it could be day 19 for others) Doctors will usually say you do d both test in same circle for certainty. However, I have seen case where probably your day 3 have passed so they just conduct day 21 and ask you to come back day 3 of the next cycle just to complete the test. But the best practice is done same cycle

Hi dear, we're still awaiting the result from the urologist. I've started preparing my mind for ivf because I've been doing a lot of research on it. I'm even following the ivf thread here on NL to get information. It can be hurtful to a man's ego when they get this kind of report, so its important for you not to show too much worry/concern towards him cause he might start feeling down. @Ayashow, its well, your lamentation brought tears to my eyes, i will suggest you stop the fasting and self pity and rejoice instead, God answers the state of our heart more than religious rituals and most times when you want to handle things by yourself the devil comes in to frustrate you more...relax and let God fight for you.....Also i dont think a bfp is what you need most for now, first you need to put things in order so that when your baby comes, he or she will be well taken care of, get a job or a business that can help you earn an income..when your mind is focused on something else, everything will start working out for your good.

It happned 2 me,d very month i gave up n told God am not doing anymore not even prayer (n i meant it), just wen we were saving our last card 2 do all d medical tests n kinikini n die if it comes 2 dat, God showed up dt very month. Hi everybody!!! I'm new here, actually I've been a member but deactivated my account. I must commend all the contributors to this thread(yes i read it all), you all have been fantastic and May God bless you all.
I'm TTC for 15months. I've done all the tests..hormone profile,HSG(this one was painfulllllllll) and follicular tracking. Good news is that all is well. But SA for DH showed azoospermia(0 sperm cell). He did it twice with same result. Then further investigative showed testicular torsion. I've researched online and i know we'd have to do TESE and then proceed to IVF thats why I'm here. Anybody here with any information that concerning this? I'd really appreciate. Also is there another besides ivf?

God without pain and sorrows. God is not a taskmaster, therefore serving Him shouldn't
cause us pain. Stay away from fasting for now. Pray and worship God in the beauty of
Holiness. Refrain from complaining and secretly blaming God for everything..Rejoice in Him
always.

Take your mind off TTC and just reassess your situation at the moment. Have you
tried getting a job or learning a trade or business? How about looking for something to occupy
your mind and also help you augment your DH's income? You know you need stable income to
be able to take good care of your little ones once they start popping out. Think about a business
or any venture you would love to engage in then we can assist you with what we have, that way
you will be dealing with the root cause of the problem. Stay blessed and never lose your Joy, we
as a family are here for you and Jesus knows your plight and HE will lovingly sort you out my dear.

Vitex balances hormones and its not for Fibroid, read about the alligator pepper/ginger therapy used for shrinking fibroids.... you can try clean point as well though it shrinks fibroids of 2-3cm....you might as well read about fibro defence.....

meanwhile, i did a scan this month and the doctor said am fine, no pcos and that he saw small fibroids which has already shrinked of which i was not aware of or did anything specially to shrink it except use clean point like twice a month and i assumed that could be what shrunk it....meanwhile i told him i use to have pcos and he doubted me and said he would like to see my medical history....lol.....with patience and knowledge we can overcome a lot of things.

My own, if ur hubbys sfa are okay, i think you are good to go, but avoid sex after ovulation (be sure you have ovulated) or a week b4 menses in case it sticks and kpekusing forces it down thru menses
