My Aunty did fibroid operation last year December and she wants to start trying for kids, please what drugs can she use although her Dr gave her ovumine last cycle, her period came 4days late and he has given her another one this cycle... I just want to ask if there any other drugs she can use.

Pls she should not self medicate with prior history of fibroid. There are some drugs/things one can innocently take that may make the fibroid to grow back. Examples are clomid, letrozole, pregnacare conception and some herbs etc.

I would suggest follicular tracking to target lovemaking during her most fertile days and maybe simple routine vitamins like bco, folic acid, emzor multivitamins (those tiny counting ones for all the above).
She should avoid heavy conception drugs/herbs especially if she wants to self medicate. I am speaking from personal experience with ovarian cysts and regrowth.

Well, I don't really know much about drugs but am presently using an ACT antimalarial drug. A combination of artemether and lumefantrine. The price differs depending on the one you can go for.

Sorry sis! I think it s yeast infection. I felt same way few months ago. It wasn't funny then oo! I was adviced by one mama here to use fluconazole 150mg. I used it for two days only and d itching stopped.

Oh I am so sorry to hear this.
My sister, no be small thing. I gave testimony of how I did a successful ovarian cyst surgery early this year.
Just last month, I innocently took letrozole lowest dose thinking letrozole is safer na and at lowest dose 2.5mg..nothing bad can happen . I combined it with pregnacare conception. Hubby had told me not to take pregnacare conception that it helped my former cysts to grow. I convinced him two months later to allow me take it. I wasn't convinced it does any harm.
I didn't even bother telling him about letrozole. He would have thrown it away I hid and took it.

Three weeks later, I found out I had one 36mm by 32mm cyst. I ran to collect antibiotics immediately from the hospital. My regular doc was saying it will go and I should relax to be sure it's even there. Lol.
I remembered that's how the last cysts started. They were same small size and this same man preached relax... till they grew too large to treat with antibiotics. I caused it to grow by all the things I was taking and I think a few do not go on their own if they stay too long.

Treatment - Antibiotics both injection and orals fast. No wasting time.
This was what I did last week. Finished yesterday and went for a repeat test today.
From 36mm x32mm, it's down to 12mm x17mm. I believe the rest will come down with my period which is due already.

I found out they are easier to deal with when they are new and small/medium. And during treatment I avoided milk, ugu ,multivitamins, folic acid etc.
You dont need to repeat surgery if you did before. Though truly those cysts are big. Try other means. God will grant you success.
Sorry for the long story.

So started seeing a new doc, my tests came out well, my egg reserve to Gods glory is great. I'll be 37 in a few days time, so was Happy, no prolactin, no hormonal issues. But hubby sperm count was not good. About 10m, and they were slow. It's sad cos we bought fertisan m and he's been using it for the past two months plus, but the thing dropped from 15m to 10m. I know God wants us to testify and give him the glory in the end. The doctor said the only thing is for us to do ivf as iui won't work with the count.

Please people is this true? @ripvank and all, what do you advise. The hospital is Medison women hospital oniru. We dont have 1.6m for Ivf, but i know God will surprise us, cos he has the final say.

I think your hubby should give addyzoa a shot if he hasn't already.
My hubby has the same problem some months back, he was placed on addyzoa, within 3 months of usage it multiply from the initial 4million to 36million, though he's still on it, he was using it with oligocare even though it wasn't part of the prescription.

Good to hear from you ma. My hubby used Manix with oligocare when we had the same problem. It really worked for us cos the count multiplied after using it for 3months...you can try it too. May God crown all our efforts with BFP soon.

If you have gone through surgery please don't do this one . Look for things that shrink and break down cyst naturally.

You can source BSM locally, I buy 50cl at 2500. ACv small bottle (brags) for 3500 or you prepare yourself with red apples and sugar. Read up online.
Look for Ghana seed too,looks like nutmeg but smaller. Chew with groundnut once a week.

I HV recommended this for people,2 came back with bfp.
Note; Size of fibroid matters.if it's big, pls go for surgery then use the combo to maintain n avoid regrowth.

DH sperm count intially 18million then it went down to 8million

The Doctor further said his abnormal shaped sperm cells were @ 70% whilst normal 30 % . we were told IUI is a waste of time &resources . i was scheduled for ICSI which i did ( that one is story for another day)
But guess what
Despite all the bad report ,i still went on to conceive naturally .
the truth is conception is possible with low sperm count though limited chances
