Hello NLers I just need a few concerns addressed by experienced persons here.

1) are all these NL gsm data resellers genuine?
2) why I asked question (1) is because I want to know if moderators have a way of authenticating them before the gullible public "patronizes" them.
3) how are the data they sell billed on our phones?
4) how and from where do these SMEs data resellers buy their bulk data?
5) what do those resellers who request for payment in recharge cards do with the card pins sent to them?
6) what's the best way for NLers to transact with online data sellers? Send them cash/recharge cards payment and wait for them to do the data transfer to us? Or insist on getting the transfer first before payment?
7) How do we establish trust for the first purchase?
8 how comes these resellers NEVER indicate their contact/business addresses online to command more trust to potential customers?
9) has anyone ever been scammed by these guys?
10) are these two categories of data billed equally (as in Naira per MB):
a) 4 GB data @ N1,000 by an online reseller
b) 1.5 GB. @ N1,000 by MTN?

For the benefit of all, recommendations/referrals could be made on this thread- albeit from first hand buyers.

av bought from some1 on NL severally butu shld use ur head. any1 making outrageous offer shld b avoided

it may not be unsafe...but it's definitely Unwise.... Data is very cheap now...much cheaper than the amount the resellers are selling for....

buy data from your Network operator...it's cheaper and safer ✔
