Lemme tell you a story,

Patient X was on a medication, prescribed to be taken every 8 hours for 7 days. After 7 days, there was no significant improvement in his health, this of course made the pharmacist concerned, prompting some investigations into the social and general life of Patient X. The Pharmacist discovered that he was not only skipping his meds but he had a bad drinking habit.

Ask me why this these two discoveries matter? You will find out soon.
I compiled a list of some of the common lies people tell doctors, pharmacists, nurses.
