It is no longer news that our darling but slow-to-business coach Arsene Wenger has yet "again" left Arsenal faithfuls on the altar of signing a good striker.

Jamie Vardy whose release clause was met and almost completed a medical (according to the media) and our coach failed in glinching onto the striker till the very end therefore losing the battle for his signature yesterday, the striker pen down another four years contract with his club Leicaster City via his agent, thereby leaving Arsenal fans being mocked in the hands of other clubs (mostly Tottenham and Leicaster City fans).

My question is what is the way forward because next season is definitely going to be hectic, Giroud, Walcott and Campbell can not take us that far so we need a backup.

PS: This is my first thread on Nairaland so please indulge me on any mistake(s) therein (is just that am angry right now).

Take Arsene seriously at your own peril

First, blame a coach when he refuses to pay for a player who wants to join his club and not when a player decided to stay at his present club for a reason best known to him.

I understand, all these years without a league trophy is not funny at all.

l will complain if only there's no new striker by d end of July.
