I and my husband got married on the 4th of June 2016, we dated for about 6 months before marriage, we stay at kaduna state, I have just noticed that my husband wets the bed at least once every week, I really wish to help him but I don't know how to do that without hurting his ego. please I need advice from matured married folks   |

See a doc first, find out what you can about bedwetting. Once you have a solution. Tell him about it. Even if you bruise his ego, he'll still try the solution ... And you can have a dry bed all week  |

You have to seek the Lord's face in helping him come out of his predicament cause he equally will not be happy about it. I do not know the level of love and understanding that exist btw you guys? If strong, you let him understand you noticed what is happening to him and that you want to help him and saying this has to be in the most loving way you can. You will be surprised at how he will open up to you. Wishing you guys bliss in your union. |

You guys should discuss it...I know it is a difficult issue to discuss even as newly married couple but u can always advice him to use adult diapers... I know it will be a little embarrassing to start with.. but it is a good solution... I would have suggested alam clock. but it will result to sleep deprivation and dangerous especially if he operates heavy machinery.... let him know that it happened to alot of people in the world... it's not only him...and also love him more please |

mugu2mugu:Are there specific days he bedwets? Like when he's gone out to drink? Or something? He should reduce his intake of fluid at night/evening. . He should also visit a doctor to rule out any underlying health issue(s)... He should try and be waking up at intervals to urinate at night. .you can be helping him... Ehhh, when he bedwets, what does he say? Or he pretends he doesn't know?  |

Next time he bedwets,show it to him and tell him he needs help. Take him to see a medical specialist called a urologist.Some of the suggestions up there are also valuable. |

Do you know what? I had a sister inlaw that was in that kind of problem, but thank God she has overcome it. Yes prayer works, but not with some physical and biological means. The main thing is, let him stop fluid intake 5hours to bed time; within which time he should try and empty his bladder as many times as possible. Immediately before going to bed, let him wee-wee. I bet you, this problem will be a thing of the past. I have always recommended this approach to people in this kind of mess, and it has always worked. Try it, and thank me later. Cheers! |
