Dear Gurus, I copied some pdf's documents from my PC to my infinix x554 phone but I keep getting the following message 'the doc cannot be open because it is not a valid pdf document' everytime I try to open the docs on my phone. I have adobe reader and PDF viewers on the phone yet same story. The second challenge I have is that most videos I copied from my PC to the phone cannot play and I have MX video player on the phone. Please assist me to fix these challenges. Awaiting your kind responses. Thank you |

Something is corrupting your files, the most common causes i know are either malware on your pc or a fake memory card. Diagnose it yourself |
