“Clearing in this case (screening) entails only the verification of certificates of the candidates, JAMB scores, and any other physical examination to ensure that such candidates are not cultists. After this, the candidates are qualified for matriculation.

Shay dis Minister wants to see "idamu" ni? Must it be this year was JAMB-UTME was rubbish that post-UTME ought to be cancelled? Even if post-UTME is to be scrapped, it shouldn't be this year 'cos of the many mishaps, irregularies, wrong marking system etc attached like remora fish to the whole exam thing.
Though post-UTME may have it dents and flaws,but I can say that the post-UTME serves as a better means of sieving in the good candidates merited for admission as in the case with the University of Ibadan, university of Benin, Obafemi Awolowo University, and some few good others.
