If he likes justice as you so claim he would not have concocted a plan with the clerk and Saraki to defraud other equally elected senators by altering the Senate standing orders which effectively denied them of a vote in the alteration of the Senate guidelines.

It is important to understand this case for what it is, beyond any argument the standing orders 2011 was altered and presented as legally amended by the clerk as standing orders 2015. The ammendment was done without the vote of over 25 senators and is therefore illegal as the standing order 2011 which guides Senate activities on the date 9 June 2015 recquires all senators to cast a vote. That therein is the main crux of the matter

It falls on the clerk and his deputy to reveal to the world who compelled them to alter the standing orders and with whom it was done.

It beats my imagination why most topics are given a heinous tribal face.
If someone is a thief lets tackle it based on the facts on ground not colour or tribe.

Frankly, I feel there is a problem somewhere:
Firstly, elected senators do not bend Senate Standing rules; they work with existing standing rules for their election into positions.
Secondly, in the investigations or petitions by the Police, the Senate President and his deputy were not listed.
Finally, is this a case that the Senate can't handle internally?

Though the only alteration was the issue of open ballot system in which "secret" voting was administered but this is something I feel the house could have resolved on it's own.

Is it that he doesn't believe he can get justice in Nigeria's court or what?
