I'll state it clear to you. Clients can only start building after we are done with the drainage, street lighting, earth road, electrification. We do all these with the best interest of our clients at heart. These facilities encourage clients to start building as soon as they can. What we are building is a world class estate. We don't just sell lands, we sell residential estates.

Is there a time frame to when your company will be done with the issues of drainage, street lighting, earth road and electrification? Your clients can't keep waiting endlessly especially for those who have fully subscribed to your plots. When do you think, these pending but necessary issues will get sorted out?
