BTW, if people finds ur work creative and funny, u will surely get traffic... and can even put some jokes up for sale , for upcoming comedians... you can also create some in as PDF files for download.....

Viral content drives traffic. Even if it is jokes for kids. Just make sure you know that your target audience are not kids. Plus you will need to drive traffic from social media.

To build such a blog, you will need at least $500 for Facebook ads and consistency of 7 posts per day.

Your content does not have to be your original idea but you need to rewrite any content that you see, which looks like what you can post on your blog. You might also need to pay twitter influencers to promote your content.

Case in point: Emannuela; Mark Angel was getting views of between 10k to 20k views on his youtube channel before he included Emmanuela . What is driving the traffic is not that the videos are exactly funny. It's more about the quality of the sound, the subtitles and the fact that she is a kid in an African setting. Also the idea that Africa is known for poverty and that a girl who is supposedly in a poor Neighbourhood can be funny. So people think it is cute and they can relate with her.

So,you can blog about what you want to blog about as long as people can relate with it.

If its good, you will definitely get page views. Just let your target audience be adults. Cos kids arent that skilled in internet use.

Trust me, you will get enough traffic only if you keep your blog updated day in day out with lots of humour filled posts you've to know it wont be easy cos you need to do lot of adverts especially facebook ads to get the necessary attentions. ANYWAY CHECK MY SIGNATURE.

I believe it's a good concept, will be it's first of its kind in Nigeria if am right, just make ur target audience open just like some has said, considering d fact that children might not necessarily be online, include adults as ur target audience.
