CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH INFORMATION ON HOW TO USE MY PHONE AS A MODEM FOR BROWSING WITH MY LAPTOP (MTN, GLO, ZAIN etc)? ITS A DATA CABLE ENABLED NOKIA PHONE. SOMEONE SAID I NEED TO DOWNLOAD PC SUITE SOFTWARE AND ACTIVATE USING CERTAIN ACTIVATION CODE. PLS NOTE THAT I AM NOT ASKING FOR THE FREE VERSION. I WILL HAVE TO ACTIVATE A DATA BUNDLE ON MY MOBILE PHONE.

I have been getting txt messages from folks I dont know, seriously I could help you guys with the configs you need but first of all I'm not a registered MTN Customer Care Staff!!!

You need configs for your fone beta be prepared to send 200naira credit of my choice because its not free to get these settings expecially for the phone brought in from China,

I have tonnes of txt messages from so many places its giving me headache, so pls folks understand my own situation d next time u need configs for ur phones.

MTN GPRS is real and working peeps. i use a Nokia N95 and it works perfectly either on GPRS of 3.5G. and i hear its now 5k/KB of data. The setting are: username: web; Password: web; APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net; Port: 8080; IP: 10.199.212.2. it works everywhere. maybe for others that claimed its not working, should re-check their settings.

Plssss, I have been getting messages from nairalanders requesting for wap settings for diff phone, pls if you really are serious, the service isnt free oooo.
