Bro its called self enhanced nutrient and it is very very proteinous. Please continue to consume it. The way it is now it now has a wider usage- salt in ur soups and stew, 4 liki-liki enjoyment. Just think it and do it.....JUST DONT THROW IT AWAY YET.

There is nothing wrong with the blue band. You allowed crumbs of bread to fall into the blue band. The crumbs have begun to decay. Always apply your bread spead with a knife and do not allow bread crumbs to fall into the jar.

I experience same thing but my was put in the fridge 4 some days n when I went 4 it 2 use I saw dos tin on it I remove it n eat cause is not dat much like urs I still ve d remaining in fridge I will even check it n if I find it der agn I will stop buying blueband

I dont dip bread in butter, if you look well, you will see spoon traces indication i used spoon to scoop it

It happens to ours too at home,i do not think it affects it anyway,just scoop the black particles off and continue it.thats why I prefer all these kerrygold butter,it makes sense die with bread,try it and your life will never remain the same again.blueband is for kids
