My bad I mean fifa 13 and the same issue applies for pes 16 . It starts very well then it starts lagging for some time and goes back to normal . Specs Operating System - Windows 8.1 64-bit - English
Processor - Intel Celeron N2830 / 2.16 GHz ( 2.41 GHz ) / 1 MB Cache
Memory - 4 GB DDR3L
Storage - 500 GB HDD / 5400 rpm
Display - 15.6" LED backlight 1366 x 768 / HD

what year was ur laptop manufactured and try setting them both to run on1280x720 or lesser resolution ,also remove fullscreen mode to see if their will be some changes.

Well I tried it on fifa 13 it still lags until I put it on very slow without crowds and put the screen resolution on the least . With all that it still lags a bit . It was manufactured 2015. Figs 13 shouldn't pull a weight on the system , that's my concern

Following a little research I did on the lenovo G50-30, it comes equipped with the Intel celeron N2830 dual core, no hyperthreading CPU. It's an entry-level CPU. This chip doesn't cut it for gaming to have favorable gameplay tbh. You can try lowering your resolution/image quality settings to see if it improves...most of the titles that run smooth on mine will run on yours too having a higher CPU clock speed.
Try Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Devil May Cry, Shank. You shouldn't have issues with those games.

My laptop only uses a 2nd generation Intel CPU which I class is really under powered to run those titles being they are quite demanding on hardware.

THE PROBLEM IS FROM THE OS AND DRIVER COMPATIBILITY. MY LENOVO COMES WITH 64MB OF DEDICATED MEMORY. I RUN 3 OS ON MY PC. KALI, WIN7, WIN10. WIN 7 SHOWS 64MB. WIN 10 SHOWS 32MB. WITH SOME DRIVER TWEAKING AND THE REST I CAN STILL MAKE WIN10 64MB, BUT NO TIME FOR THAT NOW.
TIP FOR YOUR ACER:
DO CLEAN INSTALL OF WIN 7 OR WIN10. YOU CAN CREATE 2 PARTITIONS TO INSTALL BOTH, TO DUAL BOOTH.
SEARCH AND DOWNLOAD THE DRIVERS FOR THE EXACT MODEL OF YOUR SYSTEM FROM ACER WEBSITE. TRY GOOGLING SOMETHING LIKE: "LENOVO THINKPAD 430 DRIVERS DOWNLOAD". REPLACE LENOVO THINKPAD 430 WITH THE ACER MODEL. SELECT GRAPHICS DRIVER THAT CORRESPONDS WITH YOUR OS, DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL.

U hardly do it on laptops especially latest laptops.. But its easier in desktops

whats your laptop model. Since you said it has intel hd and 2Gb vram. there's no way intel will give you free 2gb dedicated. Mayb your laptop runs with dual graphics. Intel or amd/nvidia, and you may need to switch toggle between them.
Paste your model lets continue........
