pls OP shed more light on the Factory Resetting and Phone Formatting, very very important pls. *#*#2664#*#* - Touch screen test and pls can this code solve the issue of screen not responding most times to soft touch  and sometimes the phone operates itself. e. g dialing of numbers, opening of folders on it own and so onthank you |

prinsam30:the touch screen test is used to draw visible lines anywhere on the screen to know which part is not responding to touch, it does not fix touch issues, it's just used to identify areas of the screen that are having touch issues or not responding to touch |
