My cousin who is currently serving in Port Harcourt (PHALGA) Rivers state sent this to me as their sent fort party for Batch B 2016 of about 70 corpers (PET). The amount is huge for the celebration and the cost of items were hiked. Please NYSC management should look into it. They should learn to manage and cut costs. This will help them in future. Below is the screen of the items intended to spend N176,000 on.
