Position: ICT SUPPORT OFFICER

The Job: Successful candidates will be expected to, among others:
 Maintain hardware assets database
 Plan, supervise and follow-up preventive maintenance at our different locations
 Maintain Documentation of installation/maintenance procedures following company standards
 Maintain and repair hardware assets
 Manage defective system stock
 Supervise and conduct bi-annual inventories of the ICT equipment
 Provide support to end-users


The Person: The Candidate must possess, at least, a Bachelor of Science Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science or a related field. He must also be hardworking, physically fit and must have at least two years experience in hardware support and networking.
