And if you've not, kindly go to the nearest local government office for your registration to avoid story story that touch.

I think the problem is from the explanation u give when u re trying to explain "why hire me" there is a limit to what that can contain. Hope this is lucid enough?

Maybe you actually applies for grade level 09 education officer 1, it is for those with 3yrs post qualification experience. The one for education officer 2, grade level 08 is on page 5 kinda. And that is for ordinary B.ed/ Bsc + pgde holder that has below 3yrs post qualification experience. That is how the updated website looks like now with new job vacancies. I think I will jur help my sis apply for the grade level 09.
