These kids(boys) have to be retarded AF to do this.
My time I go opt out LIVE!!!!
Not saying this because its me, but I have been opinionated as far back as I can remember.

Their parents should be ashamed of them really, especially the tallest one. Tall without brain

Why can't she take it up with the school management naa
Abi, she sat there enjoyed the show and came here to complain. A responsible mother will immediately stand up and complain about the costume right there.

I've read through most of the comments and none have been able to render any constructive argument about why they think the costume isn't right. Wearing of our cultural costumes no matter how revealing should never be linked to the term 'indecent'... Africans were much more in check in terms of morality during the days of the so called 'indecent' dressing than we are now that we claim modesty. Those days, rape, paedophilia, homosexuality and other forms of pervert behavioral patterns were alien in our society We should rather encourage more schools to replicate this performance in depicting the true african culture and heritage.. That's only how we can value and hence, preserve our culture. As for me, I won't think twice about revealing whatever need be, as long as I'm actually depicting my culture, its a small price to pay

who did the study that proved you assertion?. This 2016. Say nothing without proof.

Africans are funny, yesterday they'll say we have abandoned our culture, girl no longer cover themselves properly, but today they're saying that this is old African culture and we should get with the times.

I'm confused, are we supposed to follow African culture, Western culture or are we just going keep ourselves in religion fueled bondage?

A concerned mother took to her social media account to share photos from the cultural dance performance in her child's school.

The costume of the Gbagi dance group was a point of concern as the boys were putting nothing but loin clothes tied to cover their genitals leaving them almost compeletly naked.

Its their culture oOh! before they used go almost completely naked using only leaves to cover their most intimate parts - lucky they are not Zulus of SA where bare breasted maidens still perform the reid dance for their kings and also undergo virginity testing.

Nigerians love making a storm in a tea cup. What's so indecent about this? The Zulus in South Africa go bare-brested for their annual Reed dance yet nobody screams indecency. Our culture our pride.

Culture or no, that dressing is uncalled for especially when they're just youngsters and acting and not acting an actual movie

Stupid africans! Is this not the true attire of the gbagi's?

Were our forefathers not dressed like dat during festivals?

Your forefathers were also killing twins.
Your forefathers worships Idol.
Your forefathers lived in mud houses etc.
Which of these three are you keeping in remembrance of your forefathers?.

This is not right for children of that age.
Any culture that encourages indecency should not be celebrated

ignorant people everywhere sha. I keep saying it Africans are the dumbest set
so you actually think the pre-colonial black man considered clothing a factor in decency? Upon all ur cover up today, rape is on the high, pedophilles are everywhere
who are you deceiving?

these are little boys, at that age your rotten mind sexualizes them. ..and you think that's decency
So what have you gained from practicing the culture that encourage "decency"?

Which bank was your forefathers keeping their money.
Your forefather was he from Europe.
What type of vehicle did your forefathers had.
You claim to be a wise person but you don't want to go back to stone age. Is it only unclothedness that you learnt from your forefathers?.

Learn to have a constructive argument without insulting the other party involved that makes it apparent you inherited all the dumbness of Africa.
I don't know why any reasonable being will compare the Precolonial era with what we have today.
