Dr. Zakir Naik and Terrorism – Victim or Villain
Dr. Zakir Naik’s speeches may or may not constitute a crime under Indian law. For examples, Courts have pointed out that being a Maoist ideologist is not a crime though being a Maoist terrorist will be a crime. So, if you ask if Dr. Zakir Naik has committed a crime under Indian law, we don’t know as we are not legal experts. It is for the competent authorities and courts to decide. However, if someone denies that Dr. Zakir Naik’s speeches implicitly approve Islamic terrorism, then following are our questions for them to answer?

Dr. Zakir Naik on Suicide Bombings
Question 1: Zakir said that as long as there is a teacher and someone to guide suicide bombing, it is fine. What is the definition of teacher and scholar? Isn’t Baghdadi, Zarqawi, a Phd in Quranic Arabic from one of the most reputed university an Islamic scholar? By Zakir’s logic, can’t Bagdhadi guide people for suicide bombing?
Question 2: How can the scholars guidance be sufficient for suicide bombing any circumstances? If some Islamic scholars in India guide youth for suicide bombing, will it be acceptable? So, scholars guidance or not is irrelevant and just a fig leaf excuse to support suicide bombing.
Question 3: If Islamic scholars guidance is all that one requires for suicide bombing, Islamic scholars in India have now urged government to arrest Zakir Naik. Will it be acceptable to him?

Dr. Zakir Naik’s inspiration late Ahmed Deedat was funded by Bin Laden family. Question 5: is the question is – was Zakir Naik not so sure about Bin Laden’s terrorist credentials cause he really didn’t know the truth or cause Bin Laden was the largest financial supporter of his uncle – Ahmed Deedat?
Question 6: If Zakir can support suicide bombing, and if he can support terrorism if the terrorist is terrorizing the America, which is the greatest terrorist as per Zakir Naik, then he Zakir would be supporting the recent Islamic State terrorist attack in US? Does he or not?

Firstly, here Zakir Naik is whitewashing a perversion in Islam. However, this whitewashing is useless without equally denouncing the Sahih Hadiths. In fact, Zakir Naik vows by Sahih Hadiths. This is what Sahih Hadith says:
Abu Said al-Khudri said: "The apostle of Allah sent a military expedition to Awtas on the occasion of the battle of Hunain. They met their enemy and fought with them. They defeated them and took them captives. Some of the Companions of the apostle of Allah were reluctant to have intercourse with the female captives in the presence of their husbands who were unbelievers. So Allah, the Exalted, sent down the Quranic verse, "And all married women (are forbidden) unto you save those (captives) whom your right hands possess". That is to say, they are lawful for them when they complete their waiting period." [The Quran verse is 4:24]

Here in the above hadith, we are told why verse 4:24 was revealed to Muhammad. It was to encourage his fighters, who were reluctant, to have sexual contacts with female captives even while their husbands were alive as prisoners of war
Sahih Muslim. Chapter 29: Title: It is permissible to have sexual intercourse with a captive woman after she is purified of menses or delivery. In case she has a husband, her marriage is abrogated after she becomes captive
So, Zakir was blatantly lying about the context of the controversial verse. Since in this age there are wars as you can see with what the ISIS has waged on unsuspecting provinces and tribes. They have almost exterminated the Yazdi tribe and sold their women and even children as young as 6-8 years for sex. Here you see someone more honest about the teachings:

Question 7: Does Zakir Naik reject the above hadith or not?
Question 8: If Zakir Naik does not condemn suicide bombing, if he does not condemn terrorism unequivocally, if he doesn’t reject the hadiths which promote sex slavery, what actions of IS he rejects?

However, Dr. Zakir Naik’s colleagues in Dawwah business – the likes of MM Akbar are crying fascism. So, let us review Zakir Naik’s views on the basic definition of democracy??
Dr. Zakir Naik on Freedom of religion
Question 9: Indian constitution allows Zakir to hold large scale events, allows Muslims and other religions to build their places of worship and even propagate their faiths. Does it mean that the huge majority of Hindus in India are unsure of their faith, that these Hindus know that they are wrong and want people like him to teach the truth?
Dr. Zakir Naik on answering death for apostasy:
We want likes of MM Akbar to answer us which of these values are fit for a democratic society so that you are crying fascism now.
Question 10: Treason is defined as actions of an individual against the wellbeing of the entire country. How can someone leaving Islam be constituted as treason?
Question 11: Since Zakir publicly invites people from other faiths such as Christianity, Hinduism, etc to accept Islam then by his definition those apostates from other faiths have committed treason. Is Zakir asking other faiths also to kill their apostates or such silly double standards is only for Islam ?
Question 12: If Zakir is literally against the ISIS, then why hasn’t Zakir done a programme condemning the ISIS and showing how the Quran is not in favor of the actions of ISIS?

Question 11,is such a smart question. Zakir Naik must provide an answer.

Zakir Naik is so dumb. I've watched too many of his debates. He could never refute David Wood or Sam Shamoun because they're out of his league.
