IGP APPOINTS CSP JIMOH O. MOSHOOD AS THE NEW DEPUTY FORCE PRO

The Inspector-General of Police, Ag.IGP Ibrahim Idris, NPM, mni has appointed CSP Jimoh Olohundare Moshood as the Deputy Force Public Relations Officer, he takes over from CSP Sogbeba West who has since been posted to Rivers State Command.

CSP Jimoh O. Moshood hails from Ilorin South of Kwara State, a proud holder of B.Sc in Political Science from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State. He was once a Police Public Relations Officer Federal Capital Territory Abuja Command, the position which earned him Commissioner of Police commendation letters for diligent and excellent performance.

He attended several courses within and outside the Country few of which are Crime Prevention Of Korea Police, At Police Training Institute, Seoul South Korea, Training Course on Anti - Hijacking Techniques and Tactics for Developing Countries at Special Police Academy, Beijing, China. He is also a member of Africa Business School Abuja and Associate Fellow of Institute of Corporate Administration Of Nigeria.

The officer has served in various capacities in the Nigeria Police Force as DPO Central Area Abuja between 2012 - 2013 among others, until his recent appointment was the Chief Superintendent of Police in charge Department of Finance and Administration, FCT Abuja. He has since assumed duty as the Deputy Force Public Relations Officer for the Nigeria Police.

Congratulations on ur new appointment Sir.may almighty Allah make it easy for u.i am not surprised about d way God is elevating u.i couldn't forget wot this man did for me and my fellow corps members in Calabar.i was a corper then.he used to come to our corper's lodge and give us food stuff just cos he met his wife as a corper too in that same house.He is a nice man and may God continue to bless u.i want to say again CONGRATULtions.
