From what happened during the Lagos fair, there would probably be a briefing about the company (lasts about an hr or less) then a one-on-one chat with an IHS staff, either some in the Legal department or from another department since its happening outside Lagos. The chat would probably be less than 15 minutes. The staff you will speak with will ask you random questions relating to the position and based on your CV.

I hope its worth it especially for those that have to travel to Kaduna.

I got an invite for the fair holding in Kaduna, I can't remember applying for any job in Kaduna, I applied for Abuja job, I am confused cos if I am leaving my job to travel to Kaduna, I need to be sure I am not chasing shadows, plus I have really not heard about this company until recently.
