May I also remind you that just a few years back as at 2010, Nigeria had well over $60billion total in the different reserves you pointed above, but even then, it was far from enough.

The results of whatever efforts that can be taken to revive the economy can only be seen in several years from now. You cannot diversify an economy in 1 year. Nigeria had at least the last 16 years to get off the 100% oil dependency but it did nothing, anybody expecting miracles in 1 year must be a joker.
