That's N500 notes.
The total money is around N220-250 million.
I can't see the money from a good angle.

let's do a quick calculation, by what I'm seeing, each bundle of #500 should be a hundred thousand and I'm seeing an 18X10X20 (I.e LxBxH) arrangement (Not certain). So the amount should be 18*10*20*100000 = #360000000 or there about...
360 million by my rough calculation, not even up to a billion.

U tried but, Each pack of 500 bill is 50k and there are 5 in a bundle which makes it 250k per bundle so do ur calculation based on 250k

Definitely not up to a trillion. You'd need about 20mil bundles of #500 notes. NB: 1 bundle of #500 =50k, 50k * 20million = 1 Trillion. While in terms of packs you'd need about 4 million packs of #500 notes.
Might be wrong tho.

Have you ever seen N1 trillion?. This is it here according to a twitter user (Mallam Adamu ) who shared the picture which has gone viral online.

Actually, this is around the range of 680m to 765m (assuming it is all in N500 denomination). Even if it were N1000 notes it will not be up to 8 Billion Naira. 1 trillion is not a joke.

Each "money wall" has a total of N33,750,000. There are about 10 walls. That means around N337,500,000 in total. Not even close to N500 million!

Nairalanded:
The top has 9 rows and 17 bundles which is 153 bundles, then 10 rows downwards takes us to 1530. So N250,000 a bundle, multiply that and what we have is N382,500,000.
You are approximately correct. I estimated mine at N337,500,000.

that's 500 naira notes thou..use 1k

I have tried to calculate the amount in that room. It is definitely not up to N 1 trillion, not even up to N1billion.

Total amount is about N540 million.

How did I arrive at this figure?

As far as the picture could allow us see, there are 9 stacks from top to bottom.

First, lets estimate how many bundles are on the bottom stack.
There are vertical bundles and horizontal bundles. Counting in the direction going towards the brown standing A/C carton in the background, we have the following bundles:

- VERTICAL BUNDLES: 24 bundles in the x-axis, and 6 bundles in the y-axis = 24x6 = 144 bundles
- HORIZONTAL BUNDLES: 12 bundles in x-axis, and 8 bundles in the y-axis = 12x8 = 96 bundles

Total no of bundles in bottom stack = 144 x 96 = 240 bundles

Recall, total number of stacks = 9
Hence, total number of bundles in the entire stack = 9 x 240 = 2160 bundles.

As we all know, banks usually put 5 packs of notes in each bundle, and each pack contains 100 notes.
Hence, amount of money in each bundle of N500 notes = 5 x 100 x N500 = N250,000 per bundle

Hence, TOTAL AMOUNT OF MONEY IN THAT ROOM = N250,000 per bundle x 2160 bundles = N540,000,000

So anytime you hear that your politicians have stolen amount running into several billions, say N10b, N20b, etc you should know they cannot move the money except the banks cooperate with them.
