Have the country gone so poor that Sport Ministry will be asking Athletes to fund their flight ticket to the RIO Olympic in Brazil. On a economy flight for that matter, promising them to refund back their money. I have not heard of such before, how will such athletes have the spirit to do their best in the Olympic if they pay for their tickets to RIO? Source ....Facebook
