Pythons don't grow big enough to be able to swallow an adult human, maybe if we were talking about an anaconda but not pythons, constrictors aren't even venomous.

from what i know about pythons they do not have venom that's y baby pythons are kept as pets as for that dog it suffocated it then swallowed it pythons only attack humans they perceive are hell bent on attacking them
